I do not want Green Peoria to look and feel like just another pedestrian-hostile, ugly strip mall....
Learn from the mistakes of others. The houses at the East Peoria boat club (next to Jonah's) are ugly. There are also no decent restaurants in that strip mall. No tract housing, and no strip malls, please!
